Wala na kayong poproblemahin sa mga requirements. Just pay us the 100k at pwede nyo na lipatan. Ituloy nyo na lang ang paghuhulog. Release na next year ang title. Magtutulungan na lang tayo sa pagasikaso ng pa-transfer of ownership at ng title.
Mas maganda kung personal nyo bisitahin ang unit. Di nyo din maaapreciate kung picture lang. Sa mga magtatanong ng last price, sorry but the price indicated is definitely the last price! Bentang palugi na po yan. Mas tataas pa ang price nito pag di agad nabili kasi tuloy tuloy ang bayad ko sa monthly amortization na P6,200+.
